Small town Merlimau, in Melaka. This is Rumah Demang Abdul Ghani – a colourful rumah kampung by the roadside, an architectural gem, once lost in its time, now restored back to its beautiful form.

Stands proud with its beautiful intricate details, this house befits its purpose as the house of a Demang (Penghulu/Chief). Now, a beautiful museum on its own – this not-your-typical-rumah-kampung is open to public to visit.
